When you sign up, we ask for a display name (handle) and your email address. As you use the site, we keep basic activity — like when you visit, messages you post in the chat, channels you follow, reminders you set, and any donations you make.
To run your account and the community, and to understand how the community is doing as a whole.
We may show potential sponsors how many real, engaged people are here — but only as aggregate numbers. We never sell, rent, or hand over your personal information — your name or your email — to sponsors or anyone else. Ever.
We only email you if you check the box to opt in when you sign up or add your alert email. Device alerts require an email address, but browsing does not. The optional briefing checkbox starts unchecked; leaving it unchecked means device alerts only, not email letters. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and we honor it right away.
If you give us your mobile number and check the SMS opt-in box when you sign up, we may text you alerts about shows you follow and occasional account or platform updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.
We will never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with anyone for marketing. Your number is used only to send you the alerts you asked for.
We use a simple cookie to keep you signed in and remember your settings (like your theme and the channels you follow). No third-party ad-tracking.
You can unsubscribe anytime, and you can ask us to delete your account and your data — just email john.together.strong@gmail.com. This site isn't intended for children under 13.
Want your account and data gone? Just email john.together.strong@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask. We'll delete your account and the personal data that goes with it — honored within 30 days, usually much sooner. No hoops, no hard feelings.
The Guide uses YouTube API Services to show creators' public YouTube information: channel names, video titles, thumbnails, scheduled live-stream times, and live-now status. Every listing links back to the video on YouTube. By using this site you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of that data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
What we access. Only public YouTube data about creators who signed up and listed their own channel. We do not ask you to sign in with a Google account, and we never access your YouTube account, watch history, or subscriptions.
What we store, and for how long. Video titles, thumbnails, scheduled times, and live status are refreshed continuously and are deleted or refreshed within 30 days. Public statistics such as view counts for the site owner's own channel may be kept for up to 36 months to show trends over time; any figures we calculate from them are our own estimates and are not sourced directly from YouTube. We never download, copy, or re-host video content.
Your control. Creators can remove their channel from the Guide at any time (account menu → Delete my account, or email us) and their YouTube data is removed with it. If you ever grant this site access to your Google account, you can revoke it at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. To ask us to delete stored YouTube data, email john.together.strong@gmail.com.
